Episode 15 - Allan Murin + Lisa McKenzie

A special episode – a double feature! First, I’ll be talking with my friend Allan Murin. For lack of a better word, Allan was Danger Bob’s roadie. But really, he was much more than that. Sure he schlepped gear, helped with our merch, and made sure Andy had his Jack and Coke and I my Rolling Rock, but he was also an affable companion to all of us -- always there when you needed a laugh or diversion.

Later in the podcast, I’ll be talking with Lisa McKenzie. Lisa was the drummer for Cher UK from 1992 to around 1995. She then embarked on a music career that involved about every genre you can imagine – jazz, swing, southern rock, punk, you name it. She still drums for several bands and can be seen behind the kit almost every night of the week in Kansas City.
